Client Financial Coordinator/Biller
The Client Financial Coordinator/Biller is responsible for client and vendor billing, administrative functions and any assistance as required for the smooth running of the agency. We are a growing company with opportunity for advancement. Client Financial Coordinator/Biller reports to the Office Manager.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Client billing (this position contains 75%+ AR billing) and other internal/external projects as requested
- Manage P.O. and vendor invoices
- Opening jobs in various formats including hard copies and electronic copies
- Editing and managing these jobs when needed (closing, trafficking, archiving)
- General data entry including entering weekly timesheets and expense sheets
- General administrative duties (filing invoices, creating/filing estimates, keeping track of routing invoices, entering in deposit slips)
- Using our accounting software to run various reports and also to enter new clients/new vendors/new staff and change staff rates as needed
- Run (bi)weekly time reports by job for the account team to review
- Keeping billing paperwork/binders and files organized
- Maintaining and ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Assisting in other general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Interest in accounting
- Microsoft Suite savvy
- Adapts quickly to new computer/accounting software

The MCM intern position is designed for students who want to develop professional skills as a complement to their undergraduate or post-college experience. The intern is an important part of the agency, as well as the front desk.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with current campaign tasks including direct mailings, interactive marketing strategies, technological implementation and artistic construction and development.
- Providing general support and aid in project assistance for the agency as needed.
- Maintaining daily office contact.
- Attending office meetings/workshops.
- Relieving reception duties as needed (i.e., filing, answering the phone, calling messenger services, setting up/cleaning up meetings, etc.).
- Running errands as needed.
- Covering the front desk while the receptionist is on vacation/sick/running late/at lunch/etc.
- General correspondence.
- Assisting in the coordination and execution of monthly office luncheons (Interact), speakers and client-related meetings.
- Getting involved. You get what you put into this internship. Walking around the office a few times a day, seeing if anyone needs help with anything is the way you will get work at first.

Qualifications
Are you a talented copywriter with strong presentation skills, impeccable writing/grammar skills and an innate understanding of marketing strategy who understands that there is no longer any such thing as "New media"? Do you have the ability to hit the ground running, manage multiple projects for multiple clients, and explain financial derivatives to a 6-year-old (or even more challenging, explain it to an Art Director)? If so, we want to talk to you. A background in financial services, insurance or technology gets you bonus points.
