A streamlined, intuitive experience that curates content on the fly, the new CNA.com helps customers and prospects find insurance answers fast, and connects them with independent agents more efficiently than ever. We also engaged with CNA to help audit their extensive library of online and downloadable content, prioritized and refined their keyword strategy, and created a content development strategy that streamlined users’ search behaviors and improved search engine ranking, overall.
