It seems like it was only yesterday when I was on myspace.com and the homepage was completely covered by strips of bacon. This was part of a promotion to introduce Wendy's "Baconator" burger. This campaign has successfully integrated many online components, and it even managed it officially integrate the word "meatatarian" into the vernacular. After seeing this (they also had customizable homepage skins you could choose from), I thought that this is just the beginning of brands utilizing our favorite sites even more creatively than they already are. Now it's Nintendo's turn. They have used YouTube like it's never been used before with their video to promote the new Wario game. Watch carefully. And hold on to your desk.
