They demand attention – leaving the travel, tourism and hospitality industries scrambling to serve them. Working with clients in the travel and hospitality industry led us to appreciate the critical importance of understanding this quickly growing market. In order to help businesses better differentiate, attract and serve this audience, Magnani Continuum Marketing sought to further understand the minds of individuals within this demographic—how they make travel decisions, and their expectations and preferences.

What We Did
Magnani sent out a 25-question survey to respondents born between 1982-1992. Qualified respondents took or planned to a take a minimum of two leisure trips, not including family trips.
We received nearly 450 responses to the survey, providing actionable insights into what drives a Millennial’s travel wants to where they conduct their traveling research.
