Erin Diehl is the owner and founder of Improve It!, a Chicago-based company that utilizes the teachings and tactics of improvisation to increase professional performance and talents. Erin and Michael met years ago when taking classes at the Annoyance Theater and now these two are reunited to talk marketing, the creative world and how to get people out of their comfort zone. Erin is a graduate of Clemson University, The Second City Chicago Training Center, i.O. Theater, and The Annoyance Theatre. Her ten plus years of corporate experience in casting, experiential marketing, and recruiting led to the belief that improv can have a positive impact on employee engagement and overall company culture.
She created a workshop to explore the impact of improv techniques in business situations at United Airlines. The workshop was a success and also the start of Improve It! For more information on corporate improv training check out their website at http://www.improveitchicago.com/.
